On the 3rd of November 2011, Mr Hany Soufrakis, Executive Director of Barcah Gruppo, met with Libya’s Interim leader, Con. Mustafa Abdel Jalil and a leading business group in Benghazi Libya at the National Transitional Council’s headquarters.

Mr Abdel Jalil stated that the country is looking forward to the contribution of serious Libyan companies in the industrial and economical development of the country in the upcoming period with the help of major multinationals from countries whom helped secure the liberation of Libya from the Gaddafi regime

Mr Hany Soufrakis on behalf of Barcah Gruppo promised to offer their organizations capabilities to fulfill the important goal of training and developing of the Libyan human resources in different segments during the upcoming period as an essential commitment to the country’s development.

Design & Build S.A.E., Barcah Gruppo for metal constructions projects, has contracted with Cos.Met S.r.l., a specialized engineering and manpower services company based in Italy, on being their representative in Libya.

It is known that Cosmet has projects in the chemical and petrochemical plants, refineries, power plants, steel pants and railway construction with professionals trained to the highest international standards of welding, etc. 

The cooperation holds many promises for the development of Libya during the upcoming crucial period.
